It’s already been a couple of years since Tim O’Reilly started using the expression Web 2.0, but I’ve noticed that there is still a lot of confusion surrounding Web 2.0. When asked to explain Web 2.0 many people don’t get beyond listing some examples or technologies like Ajax, Mashups, Wiki’s, Social Networking, etc. Enterprise 2.0 is another fuzzy thing, mostly defined as using the Web 2.0 technologies within a company. In the following presentation, which i originally gave at the Heliview Web 2.0 Enterprise 2.0 seminar I explain what’s so 2.0 about Web 2.0 and what the business value is of Web 2.0, aka Enterprise 2.0.
